Fiore Companies has a long history of forward-thinking business activity. From a single business in 1921, the Fiore Companies has grown into one of Wisconsin’s leading investment groups. With roots in the coal and oil delivery business, Fiore Companies went on to develop Madison’s first gas stations and supermarkets.

Property & Asset Management
As asset managers, Fiore offers high level services to office, retail, hospitality, and industrial properties. We complete strategic planning and review to maximize value of the underlying asset for the respective ownership groups.
As property managers, The Fiore team collectively offers over 50 years of hands-on, high-quality property management experience. We manage properties with a long-term focus, combining outstanding customer service, accurate budgeting and lease administration, detailed preventive maintenance programs, and strong attention to detail.
Acquisition
Fiore’s team of real estate brokers, attorneys, and accountants combine to offer outstanding skills in asset acquisition. Starting with property selection, and continuing through financial modeling, due diligence and transaction closing, Fiore staff excel at meeting the needs of the investor, including Section 1031 exchange.
Build-to-Suit Development

Development
Fiore staff has successfully developed many of the facilities within our current portfolio, including, Knickerbocker Place, Lakepoint Commons, and the Best Western Plus InnTowner hotel. Additionally, complete redevelopment of Network222 office building in Madison turned a vacant, aging single user building into one of Madison’s most vibrant and sought after Class A multi-tenant office spaces.
Leasing
Fiore brings a long-term value-oriented approach to leasing commercial space. Key to this approach is the ability to attract high quality and appropriately diverse tenants to a project from the outset. Additionally, we are accustomed to working with prospects from initial showing through lease execution. With two licensed real estate attorneys within its officer ranks, Fiore excels in the skill of lease negotiation.
