In 1986, Fiore developed Lakepoint Commons with the help and guidance of the late Professor James Graaskamp of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business. At the forefront of mixed-use development this project combines 14,000 square feet of specialty retail shops at street level with 23 apartments on the upper level surrounding an open air courtyard.
Located on University Avenue in Madison, Wisconsin, Lakepoint Commons sits between University Heights and the Village of Shorewood, two of Madison’s most established, upper-income neighborhoods. Lakepoint is also adjacent to two major medical campuses – University Hospital & Clinics and the Veteran’s Hospital.
