Vilas Cranberry
In October 2005, the Fiore Companies invested in this 380-acre property in Manitowish Waters, Vilas County, Wisconsin. Approximately 183 acres are devoted to cranberry cultivation, with the remaining acreage consisting of upland fields, commercial timberland, and a small area of wetland. In 2023, Vilas Cranberry purchased an adjoining cranberry operation including 124 acres of additional cultivated cranberry’s and 475 additional acres of support landscaping. This brings the total operation to over 300 acres of cultivated cranberries.

Fiore is a charter investor in Oak Bank, a locally owned and managed community bank in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. Oak Bank focuses on meeting the financial needs of the individuals, families, and professionals in its neighborhood, and small to medium-sized businesses located throughout Dane County. Fiore Companies’ President, Lindsay Kruger, serves on the Board of Directors of Oak Financial, Inc.
