Corey Kautzky, CRRP, CMD
Vice President - Property Operations & Leasing
Corey joined Fiore Companies in 2023 and supports the management, operations, and leasing functions of the firm. Corey also contributes to brand development and serves on the senior leadership team.
Prior to joining Fiore, Corey managed similar responsibilities for multiple national development companies, including Steiner + Associates and RED Development. She most recently supported a family-owned real estate company in Madison, WI.
Corey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Additionally, she holds designations from ICSC as a Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP) and Certified Marketing Director (CMD). Corey is also a licensed real estate salesperson.
Currently Corey participates on the Membership Development and Quality of Life Committees for Downtown Madison, Inc. In addition, Corey serves on the Marketing Advisory Board for Madison Country Day School and is an active member of the Parent Guild Executive Board.
Outside of work Corey enjoys traveling, skiing, and playing games with her husband and two children.
