Vice President - Property Operations & Leasing
Corey joined Fiore Companies in 2023 and serves as Vice President of Property Operations & Leasing. With over two decades of experience in commercial real estate, she brings a proven track record in property operations, asset management, leasing strategy, and brand development. Her leadership is instrumental in elevating the tenant experience and driving long-term value across Fiore’s portfolio.
Prior to joining Fiore, Corey held roles with nationally recognized development firms including Steiner + Associates and RED Development, where she led operations for a multi-state portfolio of prominent retail and mixed-use projects. Most recently, she managed commercial leasing transactions and business development at Urban Land Interests, a family-owned real estate company based in Madison, Wisconsin.
Corey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. She is a licensed real estate broker and holds dual certifications from ICSC as a Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP) and Certified Marketing Director (CMD).
As an engaged community leader, Corey serves on the Madison Advisory Board for REDI CRE, the Membership Development Committee for Downtown Madison, Inc., and the Real Estate and Event Committees for Madison’s Central Business Improvement District. She actively volunteers at Edgewood Campus School, where her children are enrolled, and has previously served on the boards of the Middleton Tourism Commission and the Middleton Community Police Partnership.
Outside of work, Corey enjoys traveling, skiing, and playing games with her husband and their two children.
