David Kruger, JD

David joined Fiore Companies in 1984 and assists in directing its diversified portfolio of real estate, equity, and capital investments.
Prior to joining Fiore, David was a partner at DeWitt, Ross, & Stevens where he specialized in real estate, tax, and corporate law.
David earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Doctorate of Law from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He is an Emeritus member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and is a licensed real estate broker.
David currently serves as a director to several profit and non-profit corporate boards including Sub-Zero Wolf, Inc., National Guardian Life Insurance Company (NGL), FluGen, Inc., Wisconsin Housing Preservation Corporation (WHPC/Non-Profit), Caritas Foundation (Non-profit), Jacob Searls Cranberry Corporation, and Vilas Cranberry LLC.
David has previously served on boards for Agrace HospiceCare (Non-profit), Networked Insights (NI – A social media analytics company), Johnson Community Development Corporation, Oak Financial Inc. (Parent of Oak Bank), State of Wisconsin Investment Board (David was a Trustee of SWIB), Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA), and First Federal Bancorp.
Outside of work David enjoys remaining active in the community and spending time with his wife Sarah, his children, and his grandchildren.
