David Kruger, JD

David has been with Fiore Companies since 1984 and serves as Chairman, playing a key role in guiding the firm’s diversified portfolio of real estate, equity, and capital investments. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping Fiore’s long-term strategy and commitment to excellence.
Prior to joining Fiore, David was a partner at DeWitt, Ross & Stevens, where he specialized in real estate, tax, and corporate law. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. David is an Emeritus member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and a licensed real estate broker.
David is actively involved in governance and has served on numerous corporate and nonprofit boards. His current board affiliations include Sub-Zero Wolf, Inc., National Guardian Life Insurance Company (NGL), FluGen, Inc., Wisconsin Housing Preservation Corporation (WHPC), Caritas Foundation, Jacob Searls Cranberry Corporation, and Vilas Cranberry LLC.
His previous board service includes Agrace Hospice Care, Networked Insights (NI), Johnson Community Development Corporation, Oak Financial Inc., the State of Wisconsin Investment Board, Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA), and First Federal Bancorp.
Outside of his professional endeavors, David enjoys staying engaged in the community and cherishes time with his wife, their children, and grandchildren.
