Lindsay Kruger, MBA
President
Lindsay joined the Fiore Companies in 2008 and has since taken the helm in leading the firm’s strategic direction. She oversees leasing, financing, and investment activities, driving the company’s continued growth and success.
Prior to her tenure at Fiore, Lindsay served as an investment analyst for Churchill Capital Company, a Dallas-based real estate investment and merchant banking firm.
Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas–Austin and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate from the James A. Grasskamp Center for Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She is a licensed real estate salesperson and was honored as a member of the 40 Under 40 In Business Class of 2023.
Her dedication extends beyond her professional role through her involvement with local non-profit and for-profit organizations. Lindsay is currently involved in or has previously contributed as a Board Director for Oak Bank Financial, a Leadership Team member for Hickory Hill’s Academy Parent Partnership Association, a Council Member for Community Around the Children’s Hospital (CATCH), and as a Board Member for the March of Dimes–Madison Chapter.
Away from her career, Lindsay cherishes time raising her three young children with her husband. She also enjoys yoga and spending relaxing moments in the Wisconsin Northwoods.
