Lindsay Kruger, MBA
President
Lindsay joined Fiore Companies in 2008 and leads the strategic direction of the firm. She also manages leasing, financing, and investment activities.
Prior to joining Fiore, Lindsay was an investment analyst for Churchill Capital Company, a real estate investment and merchant banking company based in Dallas, TX.
Lindsay earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas – Austin. In addition, she holds a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin – Madison’s James A. Grasskamp Center for Real Estate, and is a licensed real estate salesperson. Lindsay is also a member of the 40 Under 40 In Business Class of 2023.
Lindsay has been or is currently involved with a variety of local non-profit and for-profit boards. Her contributions include serving as a Board Director for Oak Bank Financial, participating on the Leadership Team for Hickory Hill’s Academy Parent Partnership Association, serving as a Council Member for Community Around the Children’s Hospital (CATCH), and participating as a Board Member for the March of Dimes – Madison Chapter.
Outside of work Lindsay is busy raising three young children with her husband, Dan. She also enjoys yoga and spending time in the Wisconsin Northwoods.
