Lindsay Kruger, MBA
President
Lindsay joined Fiore Companies in 2008 and has since taken the helm in guiding the firm’s strategic direction. As President, she oversees investment activities, financing, and leasing, driving the company’s continued growth and long-term success.
Prior to her tenure at Fiore, Lindsay served as an investment analyst for Churchill Capital Company, a Dallas-based real estate investment and merchant banking firm. Her analytical background and industry insight continue to inform Fiore’s investment strategy and portfolio development.
Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas–Austin and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate from the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She is a licensed real estate salesperson and was recognized as a member of the 40 Under 40 In Business Class of 2023.
Her dedication extends beyond her professional role through active involvement with both nonprofit and for-profit organizations. Lindsay either currently serves or has previously contributed as a Board Director for Oak Bank Financial, a Leadership Team member for Hickory Hill’s Academy Parent Partnership Association, a Council Member for Community Around the Children’s Hospital (CATCH), and a Board Member for the March of Dimes–Madison Chapter.
Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys raising her three young children with her husband, practicing yoga, and spending restorative time in the Wisconsin Northwoods.
