Stacy Nemeth, MBA
Chief Operating Officer
Stacy has been with Fiore Companies since 1997, where she leads the firm’s operations and management functions. She also plays a key role in leasing initiatives and serves as a member of the senior leadership team.
Before joining Fiore, Stacy held a managerial role with Colliers Turley Martin, a regional real estate firm headquartered in St. Louis, which later merged with Cushman Wakefield.
Stacy earned a Bachelor of Real Estate and International Business from the University of Colorado and holds a Master of Business Administration from Maryville University in St. Louis. She is a licensed real estate salesperson and an active member of BOMA.
Stacy is deeply committed to her community, currently serving as Chair of the Madison Rotary Foundation Scholarship Committee and as Chair of the Children, Youth, and Family Ministry for Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. She is also a member of the Finance Committee for Agrace HospiceCare. In the past, Stacy has held leadership positions such as Chair of Downtown Madison Inc., Chair of Madison’s Central Business Improvement District, and membership on the Rotary Club of Madison Board of Directors.
In her personal time, Stacy enjoys escaping to the Wisconsin Northwoods to spend time with family and friends, reading, exploring various half-finished craft projects, and giving back to the community through volunteering.
