Stacy Nemeth, MBA
Chief Operating Officer
Stacy joined Fiore Companies in 1997, and serves as Chief Operating Officer, leading the firm’s operations and management functions. She also plays a key role in leasing initiatives, helping to shape Fiore’s real estate strategy and tenant relationships.
Prior to joining Fiore, Stacy held a managerial role with Colliers Turley Martin, a regional real estate firm headquartered in St. Louis that later merged with Cushman Wakefield. Her experience in commercial real estate and organizational leadership continues to inform her strategic approach.
Stacy earned a Bachelor of Real Estate and International Business from the University of Colorado and holds a Master of Business Administration from Maryville University in St. Louis. She is a licensed real estate salesperson and an active member of BOMA.
Stacy is deeply committed to her community. She currently serves as Chair of the Madison Rotary Foundation Scholarship Committee and Chair of the Children, Youth, and Family Ministry at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. She is also a member of the Finance Committee for Agrace HospiceCare. Her past leadership roles include Chair of Downtown Madison Inc., Chair of Madison’s Central Business Improvement District, and Board Member of the Rotary Club of Madison.
In her personal time, Stacy enjoys escaping to the Wisconsin Northwoods to spend time with family and friends, reading, exploring various half-finished craft projects, and giving back to the community through volunteering.
