Ben Schmidt, JD, MBA
Senior Vice President
Ben joined Fiore Companies in 2019 and is responsible for managing commercial leasing, financing, and asset management. He also contributes to strategic planning and serves on the senior leadership team.
Prior to joining Fiore, Ben held similar responsibilities for another family-owned real estate company in Madison.
Ben earned a Bachelor of Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, as well as a JD from Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law. In addition, he holds a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin’s Graaskamp Center for Real Estate. Ben is also a licensed real estate broker.
Currently Ben serves as a board member of Downtown Madison, Inc., and is also a board member (and is former board chair) for Goodwill of South-Central Wisconsin. Previously Ben has served on the board of Sustain Dane.
Outside of work Ben enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife Molly and their dog Bruiser.
